Julie Mann
If money was not a factor what would you build and why?
I am drawn to Mid Century Modern architecture and design. I would love to have a home with a wide expanse of windows bringing in the outside, and a central atrium grounding all of the common spaces. A kitchen full of gleaming white, slab cabinetry with a pop of orange to wake the space and welcome my guests.
What do you work toward in your free time?
My family is very important to me. Spending time with them is what feeds my soul the most. Family dinners, vacations together, all of it keep me going.
What’s the most interesting thing about you we would not learn from your resume?
I paint abstract acrylic art. I love hiding away in my studio and finding out what I can create. Like Rebecca, I also love to sing. My dream was realized by singing with a small band while living in my hometown in Eastern Colorado.
